The school follows a structured and ethical Standard Operating Procedure (SOP) for identifying and supporting students who may require Special Education Needs (SEN) services through SEN Globe.
Student referrals are based on academic screening, classroom observations, and documented factual evidence. Teachers and academic staff do not use medical or diagnostic terminology, and no assessment is initiated without informed parental consent.
Parents are educated about available options but are never compelled to opt for SEN assessment. All evaluations are conducted only after formal referral and written consent, ensuring transparency, professionalism, and respect for family choice.
This process reflects the school’s commitment to student well-being, professional boundaries, and responsible educational practices.
The school follows a clearly defined Standard Operating Procedure (SOP governing the withdrawal of students from SEN Globe support services, in accordance with the Rights of Persons with Disabilities (RPwD) Act, 2016.
For students holding a valid UDID card with a certified disability level of 40% or above, withdrawal from SEN support is not permitted. As mandated by law, the school is required to provide continued accommodations, support services, and inclusive education for such students.
For students without a UDID card or with a certified disability level below 40%, parents may choose to continue or withdraw SEN support after due consultation. In cases of withdrawal, the student will be referred to the Admissions Cell and must undergo the standard mainstream admission process, including entrance assessment and academic review. SEN Globe’s involvement concludes upon referral, and final placement decisions rest with the Admissions Cell and academic team.
This policy reflects the school’s commitment to legal compliance, ethical practice, and the provision of inclusive and equitable education for all students.
