Our Prevocational and Vocational Training programs are designed to equip students with practical skills and real-world experiences that prepare them for independent living and meaningful participation in the workforce. The prevocational training phase focuses on building foundational life and work-readiness skills such as time management, task completion, following instructions, personal hygiene, responsibility, and teamwork. These skills are taught through structured classroom activities, hands-on tasks, and real-life simulations that nurture independence and routine-building.
As students progress, they transition into vocational training, where they are introduced to specific trades and practical work areas based on their interests and abilities. These may include art and craft-based enterprises, baking, gardening, office organization, retail simulations, basic IT skills, and more. Students learn through experiential modules, guided practice, and mentorship by trained vocational educators. Opportunities for internal internships, work displays, and skill showcases allow them to gain confidence and explore career pathways in a safe and supportive setting.
